Salifu Shaibu Zida, organiser of Zida 10th Anniversary of Juvenile and Women's Championship has lauded assistance offered him by individuals and cooperate organizations for making 2018 edition of the championship a success.

The RFA Chairman for Upper East Region in an exclusive interview with Footballghana.com revealed that, he wouldn't have solely stand to put smiles on the faces of younger ones who have opted for sports.

Salifu Zida has for the past ten years being giving to society through sports and believes without the support from some football arbiters, his work would have been difficult.

"Am very grateful to all persons who assisted me to put smiles on the faces of these young footballers, especially Osei Kwaku Parma, owner of Tema Youth", he said.

"Giving back to the society is not a crime, I have to be generous and not selfish but all these, it will not be good to acknowledge the owner of division one club (Tema All Stars) Osei Parma for donating 20 balls and GH¢ 5000 to help".

Defunct GFA ExCO member Salifu Shaibu Zida is the bankroller of Bolga All Stars SC and All-Stars Ladies, in his tenth year of putting together juvenile football tournament, rejuvenated women's football in the Upper East Region with the inclusion of eight female teams.
