Prisons Ladies needed an early goal to beat Police Ladies 1-0 to win the 2017 Women's Ghana FA Cup final.

Sylian Amankwah scored in the second minute at the Cape Coast Stadium to hand the Sunyani-based side the trophy.

Prisons produced quality stuff to prevent the favourites and defending champions.

For their reward, Prisons Ladies took home GHc 10,000 with Prison Ladies pocketing GHc 8,000 from sponsors Sandford
