Prince Tagoe, Awudu Issaka, others to inspire young footballers at AA Sports' maiden football clinic

Adu Amofah Sports International, a registered non-profit organization based in Ghana will join forces with the Ashaiman District Football Association to hold a football clinic on May 1, 2024, at the St. Augustine Catholic Church Hall in Ashaiman, Accra.

Dubbed "Elevating Excellence; Shaping Tomorrow's Champions", the event is aimed at inspiring young footballers to strive for greatness despite the challenges they may encounter.

The event will be graced by astute football administrators, ex-footballers and coaches who will share their insights and experiences.

Speaking ahead of the program, PRO for AA Sports International, Linus Siaw Nartey said "This is where Adu Amofah started from and it is prudent to work together with the Ashaiman District Football Association who over the years have worked tirelessly to improve football. Coaches, ex-footballers and club administrators will share more insights and experiences on their journeys".

According to him, the initiative would be extended to other District FAs. He added that there are plans to further it to all Regional FAs.

Linus Nartey stated that AA Sports International has not gone into hiding after its launch in June last year, and will soon announce several activities that seek to promote community football and help unearth talents.

Among the speakers gracing the event are; Kudjoe Fianoo, Ghalca Chairman, Awudu Issaka, Ex-U17 World Cup Winner, Prince Tagoe, Former Black Stars forward, Karim Zito, Dreams FC Coach and Smart Abbey-Akrofi, Former Black Satellites Team Manager.

Having undertaken projects in schools, football clubs and other organizations, AA Sports International is keen on contributing to sports development in Ghana.
