The Black Stars are preparing for the 2017 AFCON qualifier with Rwanda in Kigali and are using the game against Congo as a preparatory game for the September 3 encounter with the Amavubi.

The friendly game with the Red Devils of Congo is aimed at commissioning the new 60,000 capacity stadium.
