The Ghana weightlifting federation (GWF) held its annual congress at the conference hall of the press centre of the Accra sports stadium on Tuesday.

The congress was chaired by the federation’s president, Ben Nunoo Mensah who addressed the gathered press on the 2016 plans for the weightlifting federation. The event brought together all delegates and personnels involved in the sport.
