Opoku Nti is happy

General Manager of Asante Kotoko, Opoku Nti has stated that his outfit are satisfied with the team's recruitment ahead of the upcoming season.

The Porcupine Warriors have been the busiest club in the local transfer after releasing nine players from their first team which includes Jordan Opoku, Richard Mpong, Akwasi Acheampong and Prince Baffoe.

In the ongoing transfer, the Porcupine Warriors have so far signed eight players including, Samuel Kyere, Ernest Sowah, Theophilus Nyame and Evans Quao.

And the General Manager of the club has expressed satisfaction with the current players recruited by the technical team,

I think we are satisfied with our recruitment ahead of the upcoming season. It has gone well as we planned and we will be adding two more," Opoku Nti noted.

"The team is currently in Takoradi for a week training and next week they will return to Kumasi to honour the SWAG cup match game against Ashgold, he added.

Kotoko last season finished at the second position on the log sheet.
