Olympics striker Abel Manomey out for three weeks due to muscle tear

Great Olympics will be without star man Abel Manomey for Sunday's must-win clash against WAFA.

The promising striker suffered a muscle tear injury in their league match against Bolga All Stars last Sunday in Tamale.

''Abel Manomey got injured in the game against Bolga All Stars. A muscle tear in the hamstring,'' Head coach Godwin Attram said after his side's 3-1 defeat to Bechem United on Thursday.

''Manomey will have to wait for two or three weeks before playing again.''

Manomey has cored three goals for the Premier League returness.
