Oly Hold Dawu Youngsters

Koforidua: Accra Great Olympics held Dawu Youngsters to a 1-1 draw in their match played at Koforidua . Dawu took the lead in the 14th minute through inside left Andrew but Olympics took as long as 32 minutes to cancel the homesters' lead through through inside left Evans Quaye. Dawu dominated the first half but failed to take advantage of the weak defence of Olympics and wasted all the chances they created. Olympics resumed the second session a transformed side and equalised within a minute into the half. Olympics' centre forward Godwin Arthur Tay had a golden opportunity to score in the 54th minute after beating his marker but with only keeper Ibrahim Mohammed to beat, he shot feebly into the goalie's hands to the disappointment of their supporters.
