Nyarko is Back

[...] Nyarko, meanwhile has overcome the bout of flu which prevented him from playing any part in last weekend's disappointing 1-0 reverse.

He is likely to be thrown straight back into the starting line-up for the now crucial tie at the Valley Parade against Bradford, which sees former Blue Stuart McCall take charge of the Bantams for the first time.

The Ghanaian international could replace Paul Gascoigne, who remains a doubt following suffering a severe bout of cramp at the weekend.

Though the injury is gradually improving, the 33-year-old remains in the doubtful category for the weekend trip. Manager Walter Smith said: "Paul is now doubtful for Saturday but certainly no longer than that."
