Nyantakyi makes big impact at FIFA seminar in S/A

Astute Ghana FA leader Kwesi Nyantakyi left a huge impression on participants at the FIFA seminar in South Africa on Thursday after an impressive delivery in the impact of the Goal Project in Ghana.

The GFA made a presentation at the football seminar organised by FIFA for English speaking countries on the continent.

Ghana and two other countries – Malawi and Mauritius – are the only participants from the 27 Member Associations selected to deliver lectures during the three-day seminar.

Kwesi Nyantakyi, President of the GFA spoke about Ghana’s ‘Maximization of Goal projects for the investment in a technical center’ at the workshop in Johannesburg.

This provided an update in a number of areas such as technical issues and the general cooperation between CAF and FIFA, giving ideas and knowledge to the other African FAs on how to maximise on their potential through the FIFA Goal Project. Nyantakyi, who was assisted by his General Secretary Emmanuel Gyimah and Technical Director Francis Oti Akenteng, will be considered for future lectures on FIFA seminars to help improve the running of the game in Africa. The workshop, attended by the Presidents, Secretary Generals and Technical Directors of the respective countries started on Wednesday and ends on Friday.
