Nyantakyi can’t pay me: Ibrahim Saanie Daara

The newly appointed Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association, Ibrahim Saanie Daara says he is not in office to work for the President of the Association, Mr. Kwasi Nyantakyi.

The appointment of Ibrahim Saanie Daara, formerly of BBC as the Communications Director has been greeted with dissenting opinions with some believing he is the right person for the job and others also thinking it is one of those appointments for a cohort of Mr. Kwasi Nyantakyi.

But the newly appointed Communications Director in an interview on Asempa Fm’s afternoon show, Fire-for-Fire said he did not take the job to work for the President of the Association but rather the Ghana Football Association of which Mr. Nyantakyi is the President.

He added that it was time for him to bring his vast experience to bare in order to help develop Ghana football and not for financial gains
