Nania FC beat Impilo Ghana 3 - 0

By George Osei

First division outfit and FA Cup Lords., Nania FC on Thursday, beat Impilo Ghana FC 3 ? 0 in a friendly game played at the Nania Park at Legon.

Nania, who are eying entry to the Ghanaian top flight, took a 2 ? 0 half time lead and completed the emphatic win late in the second stanza.

They made the most of their first half opportunities and let their experience shown to score two goals curtsey Joshua Adister and a penalty concerted by Evans Omani Jnr. to end the fist half.

Impilo Ghana FC created opportunities in this session, but lack of accuracy on the part of their strikers, robbed them of a goal.

They did improve in the second half, but their inexperienced was too glaring as they failed to mount any serious challenge in the final third of the opposition.

As the game wore on, Nania went in search of a third and it did come late on when Abankwa Abraziz stood up to convert a free kick at the edge of the Impilo Ghana FC 18 yard box.

In the end, it was a useful exercise for the Nania FC team as they continue with their preparations for the resumption of the national division one league.

This latest defeat leaves serious question marks on the state of preparedness of the Impilo Ghana FC side ahead of their participation in the Eastern regional 2nd division league which is expected to start soon.
