Nana Fitz blasts media

Controversial football administrator, Nana Fitz has launched a scathing attack on ‘some football journalists’ in Ghana accusing them of bending the truth in order to gain favour.

A section of the Ghanaian football media has been perceived to be in the ‘pay pocket’ of people in football administration and for that matter they have refused to report the truth.

Ghana football has seen little development in terms of football and the domestic league has suffered the most and this Nana Fitz in an interview with Sportscrusader.com blames the media for the poor publicity or little attention the league has received.

He said, “you (media) are afraid to talk. You don’t have the balls to talk and make a firm statement on your stance. The truth lies bare and naked but none of you (the media) is ready to ‘yell out’ the truth.”
“Let the people know the truth even at the expense of your life and do not be puppets for the administrators of football to easily regulate you simply because some media personalities have their names on their ‘pay roll’ and as such refused to report the truth,” he added.
