NSC Denies Media Reports

The National Sports Council wishes to inform the general public that it does not sell GHANA 2008 match tickets, as being publicised.

The tournament’s Local Organising Committee (LOC) has approached the Council to assist with ticket sales.

However, NSC's acting head of public relations, Isaac Franklin has stated that the committee has not handed any tickets to the NSC for sale. He has therefore advised the public to stop besieging its premises at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium and other venues with the intention of purchasing GHANA 2008 match tickets.

According to the acting head of public relations, all persons who intend to buy tickets for the tournament should go to the designated points as announced by the LOC before the commencement of the tournament.
