Director General of the National Sports Authority Robert Sarfo Mensah has said that 25,000 tickets will be printed for the 2018 CHAN qualifier between the Black Stars B of Ghana and their counterparts from Burkina Faso.

The local Black Stars shared honours with their opponents by recording a 2-2 draw game when they played last Saturday. They hope to win the game to cement a place for the next year’s tournament to be held in Kenya.

The match, which will played on Sunday, is estimated to see 25,000 fans trooping to the stadium to support the Local Black Stars. This is a form of gesture to motivate the players to display their best on the day.

The former Member of Parliament said his outfit and the Ministry of Youth and Sports will keep motivating the players to qualify for the championship. “In terms of welfare and whatever they need to be motivated, the Ministry and the government has done its part,” he said on Onua FM.

“In Kumasi, we have started hyping the game, and I believe the attendance will be great. “We are printing about 25,000 tickets and I believe all of them will be purchased for the stadium to be filled for us to give them the maximum support.”
