NC Special Competition: Nsungusi Effiong targets goal king award

In-form Inter Allies striker Nsungusi Effiong wants to emerge the top scorer of the ongoing NC Special Competition.

The Nigerian striker after revealing self-discipline and being responsive to instructions as the secret behind his form in the NC Special Competition added he wants to win the goal king award.

The striker has scored three goals in five games for the Tema-based side and is looking to add more goals in order to win the top scorer award.

Speaking exclusively to Footballmadeinghana.com, the player revealed his target of winning the top scorer awards and also helps his side to get to the final of the Normalization Committee Special Competition tier one league.

“I’ll say the secret behind my current form is taking instructions from the coach and sticking to them strictly.

“And also I do a lot of personal training off the pitch and like the saying goes hard to work pays,” he said.

“My personal target for the NC competition is to win the top scorer of the competition,” he added.
