Newly appointed Ghana FA Vice-President, George Afriyie has hailed his successors Fred Pappoe and Fred Crentsil for the great professionalism exhibited in their tenure.
The Black Stars management Committee Chairman believes the former Veeps were excellent in their works under Kwesi Nyantakyi’s administration and is hoping to learn or better still, emulate their heroics.
“Both Vice-Presidents were excellent personalities; they possess a lot of qualities and wisdom. They are top professionals, if you ask me to even compare I think that I don’t come anywhere near these two gentlemen,” George Afriyie said after his appoint at the GFA secretariat on Thursday.
“I have learnt a lot from them and I will continue to learn from them.”
“I have personal relationships with Mr. Fred Pappoe and Fred Crentsil and I believe they will also be there to guide me even though they are no more on the Executive Committee Board,” Afriyie concluded.
