Muntari's wife confirms Milan stay

Wife of Ghana international midfielder Sulley Muntari has confirmed the midfielder will not leave AC Milan next season as speculated.

The 28-year-old was rumoured to be in talks with English Premier League side West Ham United for a summer move, but Menaye has confirmed her husband is not thinking about leaving Milan now.

“We like Milan and Sulley will remain at Milan in the future and he loves to play in the derby,” she told Radio Deejay.

Muntari is contracted to Milan until July 2015.
