Muntari is a football monster - Agyeman-Badu

Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has described AC Milan’s Sulley Muntari as a “monster” on the pitch.

The left-footed player was in action for Rossonerri on Saturday against Udinese in the Italian Serie A just four days after helping Ghana beat Egypt 6-1 in Kumasi.

Agyemang-Badu was an unused substitute in that game while Muntari played almost the entire duration of the match helping his side secure a narrow 1-0 victory in that fixture.

“Everyone knows he played for the Black Stars on Tuesday and played almost 90 minutes for Milan on Saturday and was wonderful in that game," Badu told Radio XYZ.

“He (Sulley) went in for tackles and showed no sign of fatigue during the entire game. I spoke to him after the game and commended him for his performance which I believe was superb.”

Agyemang-Badu added: “I am very confident he will even put in another splendid performance in Tuesday’s Champions League clash against Barcelona and I wish him all the best.”
