Ghana’s Mubarak Wakaso has confirmed that certain clubs in the English Premier League have targeted his signature.

The box-to-box midfielder ahead of the summer transfer window is on the verge of leaving Greece giants Panathinakos.

” I don’t have much to say about this, but is true I have being linked with some clubs in the EPL but am waiting for the deal to finalised, so am expecting a move to the EPL very soon,” Wakaso told reporters at the uniBank Football Clinic.

In the just ended season, Wakaso had a loan spell at Spanish side Granada but despite his wonderful display Granada got relegated.
