Mpong starts for Ghana in CHAN opener

Ghana coach Maxwell Konadu has named an attacking line-up to face Congo in their Group C opener on Monday afternoon, according to MTNFootball.com
Konadu has selected a familiar line-up that won the 2013 Wafu Zone B tournament on home soil in December 2013
The 1992 Olympian has stuck to the partnership of Kwabena Adusei and Nuru Sulley as centre-backs.
AshantiGold’s Joshua Tijani plays as left-back and in-form Godfred Sake on the right.
Jackson Owusu of Berekum Chelsea will play in the holding midfield role and supported Jordan Opoku.
Asante Kotoko’s Richard Mpong will operate from the right wing and Medeama ace Theophilus Anoorbah from the left.
King Faisal striker Sulley Mohammed will be the lead striker with Yahaya Mohammed playing behind him.
The match will be played at the Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein.
