Black Stars B assistant coach Maxwell Konadu has indicated that the exodus of players is not helping the course of team building at his out.

Konadu who mainly supervises the Black Stars B says the selling of players by clubs make his team stagnant and does not help development and progression.

“Though the clubs own the players, the selling of players and the going of trials abroad by members of the Black Stars B is greatly affecting the team,” Konadu told footballmadeinghana.com

“We have build this team for the past eight months and every time we have to bring in ne players which is not helping,”

“My advise to the clubs is that they should wait so that after the qualifiers against Burkina Faso, players will leave.” he added.

The Black Stars B have lost midfielder Majeed Ashimeru who is on trials with Genk in Belgium, Abdul Bashiru who has signed for FK Prishtina in Kosovo, Richard Ofori who joined Maritzburg as well as three other key players.
