Former Ghana world cup forward Mathew Amoah proved he still got it after scoring four times for his Bronnie side who are seeking promotion to the Dutch top tier.
The big man at Barony was Matthew Amoah. The striker scored four times, three times in the first half and once shortly after the break.
His goals meant Baronie beat Groene Ster 5-2 to strengthen their bid for promotion.
It was his first hat-trick in over ten years. The last time he scored three times in one game was on November 18, 2005, in the shirt of Vitesse, Willem II (3-4 win).
"I was angry because I just want to play football. Now I could start again and I can prove myself," he beamed.
"I am happy with the goals, but the victory is winning more important. Two more times and then the playoffs."
Amoah represented Ghana 43 times and scored 13 goals, he also played for Ghana at the world cup in Germany 2006.
