Ahead of the premiering of the groundbreaking Number12 documentary, ace broadcaster Dan Kwaku Yeboah said he felt no sympathy for Kwesi Nyantakyi.

His comment came during the peak of the Kwesi Nyantakyi’s battle with the Ghana Police Service which was triggered by order from President Akufo-Addo to have him arrested.

Dan Kwaku Yeboah in an interview with www.ghanaweb.com suggested the actions of Nyantakyi was likely to injure the country’s reputation.

The Peace FM sports editor was over the moon that the Nyantakyi administration was going to be toppled.

When it comes to him (Nyantakyi) quitting the local scene, I have no pity for him because next year will be fifteen years since he appeared on the scene as acting FA president and as president. I think it has been long overdue and he has over stayed his welcome. Even Ohene Djan and Kwame Nkrumah who won independence spent six years in office. So I don’t see why he should still want more. What will hurt is his international appointment. If not for anything at all, they will say Kwesi Nyantakyi of Ghana so if he will lose that one, then I pity him,” he noted.
