Manchester City winger Thomas Agyepong will spend one more season on loan at Dutch club NAC Breda, the Eredivisie outfit have announced.

The Ghana international returns to Rat Verlegh Stadion after making 27 league appearances as De Parel van het Zuiden secured topflight promotion last campaign.

He netted twice in those matches.

"Thomas Agyepong also plays the next season for NAC Breda," the Dutch side announced via their official website on Friday.

"The fast-paced wing player is once again rented from Manchester City for a season.

"Today, the Ghanaian will be on the training field in Zundert for the first time."

The latest move marks Agyepong's third campaign of Dutch football after an earlier loan spell with FC Twente in 2015-16.

"With Thomas's acquisition, we know exactly what qualities we need to look out for," said, Breda technical director Hans Smulders.

"Last year, he proved his value and he was of great value especially in the final phase of the season.

"Thomas is now in a familiar environment, so he does not need to acclimatise.

"Our team still has the need for a wing player and Thomas fills that position perfectly.

"We're glad we can have him for another season."

Following a run of good games last campaign, Agyepong earned a maiden Ghana invitation for recent games against Ethiopia, Mexico and the USA.
