Machomen to storm Accra Works Out this weekend

The Primeval Media-sponsored Accra Works Out aerobic session comes off this Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 7am to 9am on the multi-purpose court of the Accra Sports stadium and contestants of the 2015 Mr. Ghana Competition are the latest to confirm their participation.

The workout hosts several high profile personalities; the likes of ex-Black Stars captain Stephen Appiah, Augustine Arhinful, CK Akunnor, Laryea Kingston, Starr Fm’s Naa Ashorkor, hiplife artistes M.anifest, Praye TiaTia, Okyeame Kwame, actor Adjetey ‘Pusher’ Anang, etc., as well as other individuals and keep-fit groups. It is a monthly aerobic session organized by Primeval Media to help corporate personnel de-stress on the last Saturday of each month.

A spokesperson of the ‘Mr. Ghana’ contestants, Arnold Aryee said to sportscrusader; “We have noted the remarkable success Accra Works Out has achieved. It’s not easy organizing people to converge at one place for such sessions. It takes a lot of hardwork and resources to do this and for Primeval to pull this off every month for the past two years, they deserve all the commendation".

“As bodybuilders, we believe health is wealth and would like to be a part of the success story of Accra Works Out.

“We entreat all and sundry to join us on the multi-purpose court of the Accra Sports stadium for October’s “Accra Works Out”. They should come and see huge body frames”, he concluded smiling.
