Willie Klutse, technical director of football for Inter Allies club has advised the administrators of the beautiful game, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to be up and doing in applying the legal whip when a club breaks a rule.

Football has been hit with many legal tussles between club’s and between an association and a club.

The start to the 2014/15 and 2015/16 Ghana premier league season had to relay due to legal tussles and this the GFA has been battling for years now as it has had negative effects on the league with corporate Ghana refusing to get on board with sponsorship deals for the league.

Willie Klutse in an interview with sportscrusader.com, admitted these litigations that keep cropping up only when the football season is about to commence can only halt when the GFA punishes those who deliberately bring undue delay to it.

He said, “the rule states clearly if a member of the football association files a related case at the court outside the games jurisdiction, then that member herein can be a club must be expelled.”

He added, “if we don’t apply the rules we will extend the democracy we enjoy as citizens into football and thence every will claim a right to something. But once there are rules and regulations then we all must play according to the rules”.
