Latif Blessing leads goalking race after hat-trick heroics

Liberty Professionals star Latif Blessing moved to the summit of the scorers chart after bagging a hat trick on Wednesday in his side’s 4-0 mauling of Sekondi Hasaacas to tally 13 goals.

The 18-year-old has now surpassed Yahaya Mohammed by one goal with the Aduana Stars talisman on 12.

Blessing’s rich vein of scoring form ended his side’s three-match unbeaten run.

He is now seven goals away from hitting his 20-goal target for the season.
