Larbi Koomson set for Kotoko return

Asante Kotoko are reported to be holding talks with former winger Seth Larbi Koomson who is currently unattached.

Reports from the Ashanti region indicates that Larbi Koomson is set to reunite with the Porcupine Warriors as Kotoko augment their squad for next year’s CAF Confederations Cup competition.

Head coach, Steve Polack, has reiterated the need to add experienced players to the Kotoko set up as they prepare for the African challenge next year February.

The former Medeama playmaker had a very difficult stint with Kotoko during his time with the Club due to series of persistent injuries which has hindered his progress as a football genius considering his talent.

In other development, Kotoko are also reported to be interested in the services of former player, Ahmed Toure who has emerged top transfer target of Premier League Champions Aduana Stars and Asec Mimosa of Ivory Coast.
