Kwesi Donsu extensds contract with Medeama SC

Medeama Sporting Club’s anchorman Kwesi Donsu has extended his contact with the Tarkwa based premier league side until the summer of 2018.

The defensive screen popped up as a transfer transfer for a number of domestic rivals led the Accra Hearts of Oak but series of lengthy negotiations have resulted in a contract extension by the midfielder.

The former Berekum Arsenal has been an integral member of the Mauves and Yellows midfield trinity alongside Malik Akowah and Eric Kwakwa both on the donestic scene and the continental campaign.

The Tarkwa based top flight campaigners resorted to twitter to confirm the news on the contract extension between the two parties after a successful round table negotiations.

“Medeama SC and Kwesi Donsu have agreed the extension of the player’s contract until June 2018”, reads a club statement.

The three year extension will come as good news to fans and sympathisers of the Tarkwa based side after an impressive start to the 2016 GPL by Kwesi Donsu with 6 strikes to his name including deadball nightmares.

Medeama defied their managerial setbacks midway through their continental campaign to seal a place in the money zone of the tourney.
