Ghana striker Kwesi Appiah has hinted at an imminent return from a long-term injury.
Appiah has been on the sideline for eight months now after suffering an injury while training with the Black Stars team.
The 24-year-old picked up a knee injury during the team’s preparing for a Cup of Nations qualifier against Mauritius in June last year.
The Crystal Palace forward has been undergoing rehabilitation for the past 32 weeks in his quest to return to full fitness.
The English-born is close in return to the field after months on the sideline.

His impending return will serve as a boost for Black Stars coach Avram Grant as well as Crystal Palace manager Allan Pardew.
