Kudus trends as possible replacement for Salah at Liverpool

Ghanaian winger Kudus Mohammed has been tipped by some football fans as a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah at Liverpool in the summer of 2026.

The Egyptian forward recently announced that he will leave the club at the end of the 2025/2026 season, believing his time at Anfield has come to an end.

Salah’s departure will leave a significant void on the right wing of Liverpool’s attack, forcing the club to scout for the best possible replacement to replicate his numbers.

As the search intensifies, several names have emerged as potential successors to Salah, with Kudus among those mentioned.

Although the Ghanaian attacker’s performances have been hampered by injuries, limiting his playing time at Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League, many fans still see him as a strong candidate.

On social media, some supporters urged Liverpool head coach Arne Slot to consider Kudus for the right-wing role, citing his skill set and versatility.

They argue that, based on his performances from Ajax Amsterdam to Spurs, Kudus has the ability to deliver strong numbers and enhance Liverpool’s attacking options.

Meanwhile, Liverpool have yet to officially begin their search for Salah’s replacement, but the hope remains that they can find a player with a similar profile to the legendary Egyptian.
