Kotoko to unveil new signings next week

Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko will unveil their new signings by next week.

The Porcupine Warriors have been quiet in the transfer market with only goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi and Richard Oti their recognizable signings.

Their fans are growing impatient with their competitors tying up deals for new players.

However, acting General Manager, Opoku Nti says their confirmed signings will be unveiled next week.

“We have signed some few players and in advanced talk with others. We shall unveil all our new signings by next week,” Nti said.

“We are working behind the scenes and not making too much noise about our new signings.

“But by the close of next week, everything will be clear. I can assure the supporters that we’re not sleeping at all.

“We want to retain our league title and also make the group phase of the CAF Champions League at least.”

The Ghanaian title record holders are believed to be in discussion with Medeama trio Theophilus Anoobah, Godfred Rockson and Joseph Gordon as well as New Edubiase playmaker Asiedu Atobrah.
