Kotoko to replace Enyimba in the macufe cup

Ghanaian soccer league giants, Asante Kotoko, will now replace Nigeria?s side Enyimba in the Macufe Cup set for Bloemfontein next weekend.

Tournament organiser Bennie Moseme has confirmed Enyimba?s late withdrawal which he said was a result of by flight problems affecting the Nigerians.

?We are happy that Asante Kotoko has responded positively to our invitation'. We hope that the fans will get their monies worth because there are lot of festivities lined up for them during the tournament.?

Local music artists, Thebe, Solly Moholo and Khaya are expected to render music items.

Moseme also announced that fans will have a chance of winning a 74cm TV and a Home Theatre system, both sponsored by Sansui, and urged all football lovers in Free State not to miss the occasion.

Other teams expected to start part in the tournament include Castle Premiership league defending champions, Mamelodi Sundowns, Bloemfontein Celtic and Hearts of Oak from Ghana.
