“Since the administration of Opoku Nti came to an end, the only former player with the club now is Ohene Brenya. And even with him, he cannot be compared to me or Ibrahim Sunday or even Ablordey.”

“I have stayed in Nigeria for close to two years so I know them very well. It’s very pathetic that Kotoko didn’t give me any recognition but Kano Pillars rather called me from Nigeria.”

“For the past three months I have not even gone to their stadium let alone their training grounds. But I still love the club.”

“Kaduna is just like Ghana, a lot of Ghanaians live there and they are very hospitable too. ”

Asante Kotoko have left the nation’s capital for Nigeria ahead of their CAF Champions League curtain-raiser against Kano Pillars on Saturday.
