Kotoko confirms 3 new signings as 11 depart

Veteran striker Isaac Boakye has been released after a six-month spell in his return to Champions Asante Kotoko as the club officially confirms an 11-player exit list.

The 32-year-old returned during the second half of last season to help the side seal a season, double winning the Premier League and the FA Cup.

As earlier hinted, the club has also confirmed the departures of Akwasi Bobie Ansah, Soulama Abdoulaye, Aminu Mohammed and Osman Bashiru.

Former Right-to-Dream Academy midfielder Bismark Kwarteng, Mujeeb Hamid, Saddick Alhassan, Stephen Owusu, Ishmael Musa and Yaw Acheampong.

Asante Kotoko have confirmed the signing of former Medeama SC attacking midfielder Richard Oti, centre-back Akwasi Acheampong from Wa All Stars and goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi from Amiduas Professionals.

All join on three-year deals.
