Assistant Coach Michael Osei will leave Ghana this weekend for a brief coaching programme in Germany.
Michael, who until his return to Ghana was coach of German lower side, Offenbach Kickers will be away for a couple of weeks. He will return in good time to team up with his boss, David Duncan for Kotoko’s pre-season work.
Communications Manager, Kwaku Ahenkorah said he will leave on Saturday.
Michael Osei, who is an ex-player of Kotoko, returned from Germany four years ago as a qualified coach and started work at Edubiase FC, deputizing Edubiase’s head coach.
He was with Edubiase when the club won the FA Cup in 2012. Michael Osei proceeded to Kotoko afterwards.
He was the man in-charge (in the absence of then Kotoko head coach Mas-ud Didi Dramani) when the Porcupines won the 2014 MTN FA Cup.
