Kotoko When?

So the musical chairs in Kotoko coaching job continues? Nana mesre meka, this will not help Kotoko at all. Kotoko Playing Body needs some analysis. It is time a Psychologist is introduced to the TEAM. Players who perform well with other teams are recruited to Kotoko and they become flops, they are then released to other teams and the players go and perform again with other teams. Coaches who perform well with other teams are brought in and they also flop. Nana please brings in somebody to do a complete assessment of the problem,
Ashanti Kotoko , a team with such rich history, formed in 1935 which have won many laurels can be managed and run they way it is being run at present. I am introducing a quote from Kotoko website to buttress a point which goes like this {certainly fabulous Kumasi Asante Kotoko has done more to put Ghana's name in the soccer records than any other Ghanaian club. Arguably, Asante Kotoko FC has over the years been recognized as the peerless pioneers for its contributions to the development and popularity of the game in Africa as a whole. For instance, during Asante Kotoko's first tour of Europe in the late1960's, the team helped immensely to introduce Ghanaian and African soccer to the rest of the world through the individual brilliance of the players, the quality of soccer and the excellent organization demonstrated by the club s management. Thus, in the annals of soccer in Ghana and Africa, Fabulous Kumasi Asante Kotoko is the true: "primus inter pares". Indeed the former Director of Sports in Ghana, Mr. Ohene Djan, aptly described Asante Kotoko FC as: "...The club over whose popularity the sun will never set".} Criticizing any activity associate with Nana in itself big action by any Well brought up Ashanti Citizen but like the saying goes, If you sit unconcern in barbing shot, you get a bad haircut, so Nananon, please forgive me for my attempt to raise these issues.
ATTITUDE OF CURRENT PLAYERS OF THE TEAM
I have had the opportunity to observe Kotoko players in training at the Ridge part on two occasions and I was not impressed about the seriousness and technical input by Coaches and Assistants at the training ground. Logistics at the training ground is not up to standard for even High School training field, yet the team is professional club. Physical conditioning of the players is poor and attitude of the playing body is so unprofessional;

MANAGEMENT BODY
I do not know much about the present management members but imposing new Chairman with some old recycle management team will not solve the problem of the Kotoko situation. I know that all the old members have some love for the team but it is time for professionally organized and resourced team to be given time to rebuild and run Kotoko. I do not want to be personal but please Nana it is time to start afresh with new ideas and tactics. If need be get consultants to organize the management of the team. A lot of the Board members are not bringing any new ideas to the organization of the team and lacks ideas for management of modern football team.
There is a limit to what you can do with an Old cloth that is ripped apart.
