After a hugely successful mega health walk at the University of Cape Coast on November 25th, Ghana's fastest growing keep fit, wellness and networking tour hit the campus of KTU in Koforidua on Saturday 2nd December.

Hundreds of students from the Koforidua Technical University ensured that their high attendance beat the previous record set by the University of Cape Coast.

The 4 km walk, followed by aerobics and a networking session was dubbed the "Sly Walk" after Ernest Wilson Tay, an aspiring SRC President mobilised the campus for a massive turn out.

As a regular feature with Walkers Club Ghana events nationwide, the SRC of KTU were presented with two Kwesé TV digi boxes.

In another development, the coordinator of Walkers Club Yaw Ampofo Ankrah advised the students to find a balance between academic work and physical recreational discipline.

With just a few weeks to the end of 2017, Walkers Club Ghana will next be in the suburb of Dansoman, Accra on the 9th of December.

The event will be hosted by ex Black Stars footballer Sam Johnson at the Body Fitness Centre Gym.

Saturday's event is expected to be the the biggest gathering of fitness enthusiasts, PE instructors, students, coaches, CEO's and corporate executives in Accra.

Kwesé Free Sports, 1983 Lens, and Walkers Club Ghana are partners in the 2017 Communities Health Fitness Tour.
