‘Kjetil Zachariassen will never resign’ – Agent insists

Charles Kuoadio, agent of embattled Asante Kotoko head coach, Kjetil Zachariassen has said, his client is not ready to leave his post at the Kumasi-based club.

Events following the poor performance of Asante Kotoko that led to the team’s painful exit from African inter-club competitions this season have seen calls for the head of the former Ashgold coach who was only appointed some four months ago.

However, Asante Kotoko management has asked the coach to resign because his safety cannot be guaranteed in Kumasi going forward.

But his agent, Charles Kouadio has revealed in an interview with Kumasi-based Fox FM that coach Zachariassen will not vacate the Kotoko coaching role until the management decide to show him the exit.

“I repeat again Kjetil will not resign, he has a three years contract and he will NOT resign unless Kotoko wants to sack him, no problem, he will never resign”
