Former Black Stars midfielder, Kevin Prince Boateng has reacted to the latest investigative piece from Anas Aremeyaw Anas’ which has shaken the foundations of Ghanaian football.
Though Kevin's reaction could best be described as subtle, it posed a big question to the powers that be.
In a tweet on Thursday, barely 24 hours after Anas' explosive expose was shown to a section of Ghanaians, Kevin Prince Boateng asked “and now, who was the one not telling the truth?” with a Ghana flag beside his question.
The midfielder was integral member of the Black Stars teams for 2010 which reached the quarter finals of the 2010 World Cup in 2010 and also made the list for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
But he, alongside Sulley Muntari, was sacked after allegedly disrespecting some officials of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) during discussions over the team's bonuses.
Kevin who was born to German mother and has lived almost his entire life out of Ghana, it was later learnt, did not understand why some officials of the GFA were deducting monies from the players' bonuses.
And now, who was the one not telling the truth? ????????
