Hearts of Oak defender Karim Alhassan will sign a two-year-deal with Polish side Wisla Krakow subject to passing a medical.
The 19-year-old agreed to move for a 200,000 euro transfer fee and will leave for Poland on 18Â January to stitch up the deal.
His local side turned down an offer by Greek side Olympiacos who were willing to pay 300,000 euros for the centre-back.
'We're happy that finally something positive has come for Karim. We are satisfied with the deal and hope everything is sorted out quickly for him to begin his European career,' Fifa player agent Charlie Baffour told the 90 minutes newspaper.
Wisla Krakow won the 2008/2009 Ekstraklasa League. Alhassan is a member of Ghana's Under-20 team which will play at next year's African Championship in Libya.
