Some of the known stars who have featured for the national teams of Ghana come from Mamprobi or its surrounding areas like Korle Gonno on the east and Chorkor and Dansoman on the west as well as Laterbiokorshie and Kaneshie on the north.
It is not by chance that there are so many colts clubs in Mamprobi where you can hear of Ken Harrison Babies, Mighty Victory formerly called Fattal Babies, Cedabs Babies, Red Row, Gaddafi Babies, Saint Stars, Standfast Babies and others. A few names that ring bells are Stephen Appiah, Michael Essien, Asamoah Gyan, Ali Jarra, William Laryea and Emmanuel Clottey all from Mighty Victory.

From Ken Harrison he had learnt to master his skills at various clubs notably Nania FC, Shelta Force, and Third World and now AAB United who are trying to qualify to the second division before going through and wilderness in first division and then the premiership.
The striker with all the fundamental and exceptional qualities says his desire is to play for the national team one day, Satellites, Meteors, Olympic Team or the Black Stars.
His idol is Jay Jay Okocha and that alone declares him as stylish, skillful and powerful. His hobbies are playing football, reading and listening to music, he also loves to dance to Gospel Music. The ICT trained sportsman went to NIIT, Ebenezer Senior High School, Korle Gonno 3 Junior High School and St. Martins Preparatory School which makes him very disciplined and respectful as a cultured personality. He is always thankful to the coaches and teachers who have contributed to his life and promise to shine as a footballer to take the nation very far like what others have done.
Jude Allotey has a message for his fans that they should pray for him to be exposed and they will be happy always any time he plays, because he loves to score goals. According to him, goals are the enjoyment of the game that is why when a goal is scored the players enjoy or jubilate.
He believes Ghana will go very far to the medal zone at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil and urged all Ghanaians to pray for the coach, the players and officials of the Ghana Football Association so that they can take good and positive decisions.
