Ghana striker Jordan Ayew has hailed the performance of his Crystal Palace teammates following their 1-0 win against Watford on Saturday.

The Eagles made it three wins on the trot after pipping Watford 1-0 at Selhurst Park on match-day 29.

Roy Hodgson’s side secured the three points via a 28th minute strike by in-form hitman Jordan Ayew.

The goal took the 28-year-old season tally to eight from 27 matches.

He took to Twitter after the game to eulogize the team’s work ethic.

His goal against the Hornets has seen him equaled Tony Yeboah’s long-standing goalscoring record in the English Premier League.

Ayew has scored 24 goals, same as the Leeds United legend.
