Joe Hendricks scores for his Vietnamese side Kien Giang

Former Kotoko defender Joseph Hendricks scored for his Vietnamese side Kien Giang in the 4-2 defeat at Thanh Hoa on Saturday.

The centre-back reduced the deficit three minutes after the half-time interval to make it 2-1.

But Kien Giang went on to concede two goals from Nguyen Vu Hoang Duong and Senegalese Abass Cheikh Dieng.

But Nguyen Tuan Hiep scored a consolation in the 94th minute. Hendricks, 34, has made six appearances this season and scored two goals.
