Ex- Accra Hearts of goalkeeper James Nanor has advised the Club to offload goalkeepers, Tetteh Lugard and Seidu Mutawakilu.

Nanor’s call is as a result of the duo’s poor performance during the just-ended league season and since he has expressed his desire to be part of the club’s goalkeeping department, he is asking management, to release the duo.

But the pair after failing to impress in the league last season is already reported to be on the transfer list of the club.

Their failure to impress meant Hearts had to rely on experienced goalkeeper Soulama Abdula, who was also caught up by international duties in most occasions.

Nanor who mounted the post for the Phobians in the early 2000’s says, “I think Hearts should release Tetteh Lugard and Mutawakilu. For me they did not do well for Hearts last season”.

He added that, “Is not the matter of height but what you can do and I think both goalkeepers did not do well for the Club, and I have advised them to go in for Stephen Adams because he was one of the best goalkeepers in the League.”

Hearts will be making some new inclusions after putting 15 players on transfer.
