Ivorian Doué to referee Egypt-Ghana clash

FIFA has appointed Doué Noumandiez Desiré as the centre referee for the Black Stars’ crucial 2014 World Cup qualifying play-off against Egypt, scheduled for Cairo on November 19, footy-Ghana.com has gathered.
