Legal brain Ayikoi Otoo has said Ghana’s poor showing at the just ended Olympic Games could be traced to many factors including but not limited to infighting at the Ghana Olympics Committee (GOC).

Speaking on Kasapa FM‘s Dwedwamu sports show Monday afternoon, Lawyer Otoo said a lot of time was wasted on factional fighting, and that, among others may have led to the poor showing.

Sharing his thoughts on a number of issues including the unattractiveness of the local Ghanaian football league, the astute Lawyer pointed out that some of those challenges were largely administrative and not far from the same problems that have existed for years.

He told host Tony Adam Adjei, a lot of work would have to be done to bring back the exciting times where a lot of people were interested in patronising sports of various forms in Ghana.
