In-form Sekondi Hasaacas striker Eric Bekoe says he will prove his mettle against league leaders Hearts of Oak at the empty Acrra Sports Stadium this afternoon.
Bekoe, 28, was on the verge of signing for the Accra giants but the move hit a snag after a board member kicked against the player donning the rainbow colours.
The former Asante Kotoko striker quickly joined Hasaacas and has since scored 6 goals from 11 matches and says he will prove himself against the Phobians.
“Many have described me as an old player but I am only happy that I am still scoring.
“Scoring goals is the most important aspect of every football match and I have been doing that,” Bekoe said.
“Playing Hearts is one of the league matches and we are determined to prove ourselves against them.
“We are focused for the game and will do our best against Hearts,” he added.
