I will stop Bastie Samir in round 6 - Bukom Banku brags ahead of 30th September clash

Veteran boxer Braimah ‘Bukom Banku’ has vowed to stop Bastie Samir in round 6 when they finally meet on 30th September, 2017.

Both boxers have been at each other’s throat for the past two years and Banku is confident that he will defeat his long-term rival when they mount the ring in less than three months.

The man who touts himself as Africa’s Mayweather was at his bragging best when boxers met at the contract signing ceremony.

According to Banku who disclosed that he is not fully prepared for the fight, the bout comes in handy for him to cement his place as one of Ghana’s finest boxers.

He bragged that he is stronger and more experienced than Bastie and will be counting on his experience and strength to stop him in round 6.

“I’m glad that this fight is finally coming on. It is a fight I have been looking forward to. Bastie has been making noise for the past three years and I will use this fight to silence him and also prove to doubters that I’m indeed Africa’s Mayweather”.

“I’m inviting the President Akufo-Addo, ex-President Mahama, and all Ghanaians to come and witness how I will end Bastie’s career in round 6”, Banku boasted.

The bout that is being organized by Box Office Promotions was officially launched today 30th June 2017 at the Bukom Boxing Arena with both boxers appending their signatures to the contract offered by the promoters.

The bout will bring together two boxers who have over the years attacked each other whenever the opportunity avails itself and also afford boxing lovers an opportunity to see who is better.
